Chad Barbiasz

Chad Barbiasz is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in the Washington, D.C. office and focuses on advising office tenants in D.C. and across the nation.

Since joining CBRE in 2017, his primary responsibilities include strategic real estate planning, multi-market portfolio management, financial analysis, lease negotiation, and space disposition. He has represented a diverse group of organizations including local and international nonprofits & associations, publicly traded corporations, and professional service firms.

Chad’s unique background in accounting and relationship management allows him to guide his clients through complex real estate transactions with a great attention to detail and responsiveness. Exceptional market knowledge and a creative approach to the real estate process are a few differentiators that separate Chad and ensure his clients are making informed decisions.
