Chad Doellinger

Chad Doellinger has served as CBRE’s Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 2025. As Chief Legal Officer, he is responsible for overseeing Global Governance, which includes legal, risk, ethics & compliance, and global insurance. As Chief Administrative Officer, he is responsible for overseeing corporate real estate, human resources, and procurement.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Doellinger served as CBRE’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with responsibility for legal affairs globally. Before that, he was Chief Transformation Officer, where he focused on operational excellence, programmatic cost management and transformation programs across the global enterprise.

Mr. Doellinger serves as the Executive Sponsor of CBRE's Abilities Employee Business Resource Group.

Before joining CBRE in 2020, he was a partner in the law firm of Greenberg Traurig and earlier the head of complex litigation at Walmart. He also previously served as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School.
