As Managing Outsourcing Director within CBRE's Global Corporate Services platform, Chad Hall is responsible for the account management of Cincinnati based Fifth Third Bank. Centrally located in Nashville, Chad provides innovative oversight of their real estate solutions and leadership for the delivery of Real Estate Transactions, Project Management and Portfolio Administration for their 12MSF portfolio. Chad's responsibilities also include oversight of core account functions including finance, technology and procurement. The account team has successfully delivered dark green client satisfaction results and identified numerous cost saving opportunities utilizing best in class account structure that provides client-focused processes and deliverables aimed at providing quantitative value while maintaining overall consistency.
Previously, Chad served as the Director of Project Management , responsible for the delivery of Fifth Third's retail bank branches. Chad provided oversight necessary to manage an ongoing pipeline of projects ranging from new construction to renovation of existing buildings. Chad also served as Project Manager with oversight of the Fifth Third Bank program. In that capacity, Chad provided the management and oversight of all project consultants, contractors, vendors and contract administration for the successful delivery of bank branches year after year.
Prior to joining CBRE, Chad served as a Project Manager for Carden Company, Inc. Carden Company is a regional Construction Company located in Nashville, TN with a specialty in commercial and industrial projects. While at Carden Company, Chad was responsible for construction management and client relations for numerous clients, including Fifth Third Bank. Chad used his success at Carden Company to help launch his career at CBRE.
