Chad Ricks

Chad Ricks is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Market’s Debt & Structured Finance team. He works nationally to originate affordable and market rate multifamily and healthcare loans with a particular focus (but not limited to) on FHA-insured Debt.

Mr. Ricks joined CBRE in 2014 after nearly 12 years at Love Funding Corporation in Dallas and St. Louis, Missouri. He began as a Manager in the St. Louis headquarters and was promoted to Director in 2005 when he opened the Dallas office. While at Love Funding, he handled loan originations for multifamily, healthcare, and affordable housing properties. He was one of the company’s highest producers and won the annual “Love Cup” for the highest producer in 2008. He continues that tradition of being among the top producers while at CBRE, having closed over $1 billion in FHA insured products.
