Chandni Luthra leads CBRE’s Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations. As part of her responsibilities, Ms. Luthra leverages deep real estate industry knowledge and sharp analytical skills, and interfaces with investors and analysts to deliver CBRE's messages about the company's strategy to the public markets.
Prior to joining CBRE in June 2024, Ms. Luthra was an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs & Company for nearly 15 years. Most recently, she led research coverage of 15 commercial real estate companies, including CBRE. She previously covered other sectors, including retail and industrials.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Luthra was a research consultant at Adventity Global Services, an India-based financial research company.
She earned an MBA at IBS Hyderabad and a BA in Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. She is based in CBRE’s New York City office.
