A respected leader in commercial real estate, Charles Berger is currently an Executive Vice President (Honorary Title) at CBRE, where he was ranked as one of the top 10 brokers in New Jersey as well as among the top 10% of producers nationally in 2022.

Charles has close to 20 years in the real estate industry and, along with his partner, leads the highly successful seven person Tri-State Investment Properties group, one of the most active and successful Capital Markets team in the region. Mr. Berger focuses on advising real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, industrial, office, retail, and development properties. In his career, Charles has been involved with transactions in excess of $3 billion. Mr.Berger continues to build his base of long term clients who turn to him for ongoing real estate advice and successful sales results which is a testament to his dedication to service.

Charles is following in the successful footsteps of his father, Al Berger, who managed the New Jersey and Pennsylvania brokerage operations of Helmsley-Spear commercial real estate.
