Charlie Carmody serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, based in Charleston, SC. He has delivered innovative corporate real estate solutions to meet the needs of both occupiers/tenants and owners/investors in the Charleston office sector for over 35 years. Charlie focuses on the disposition and acquisition of retail, office and mixed use properties throughout the Carolinas and specializes in multi-market portfolio strategy and new lease acquisition. He successfully mobilizes scale and reach, solving clients’ unique real estate challenges during the alignment of strategic real estate plans with core business objectives. Charlie has been consistently ranked among Charleston’s top producers.

Charlie, a Lowcountry native, lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Mary Page. Ryan, his daughter, is his partner and Charles, his son, is the Director of The Charleston Music Hall and The Charleston Music Farm.
