Charlie Carmody serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, based in Charleston, SC. He has delivered innovative real estate solutions to meet the needs of both occupiers/tenants and owners/investors in the Charleston market for over 42 years. Charlie focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, retail and mixed-use properties as well as landlord and tenant representation throughout the South Carolina market area. He successfully mobilizes scale and reach, solving clients’ unique real estate challenges including sale and leasing brokerage. Charlie has been consistently ranked among Charleston’s top producers for over 40 years.

Charlie, a Lowcountry native, lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Mary Page. Ryan Carmody, his daughter, is his partner and Charles, his son, is the Director of The Charleston Music Hall and The Charleston Music Farm.
