Charles Gaddis, Senior Project Manager in the Salt Lake City office of CBRE, began his career in 2000. He represents tenants and occupiers in all aspects of their project needs, from inception to completion. This encompasses a variety of services, some of which include preparing project strategies, lease and work letter negotiation, value engineering, contract review and negotiation, cabling coordination, furniture selection and move management. He also maintains and issues performance/forecast reports, reviews all project invoices, updates and forecasts project schedules and performs job site inspections to ensure proper and precise completion.

With outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mentality, Charles is committed to mitigating risks and accelerating savings in order to maintain his client’s occupancy and operational goals. Building long-term relationships with various clients over the years has given him the skills necessary to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Charles possesses extensive experience with building codes and regulations for new construction and tenant renovations and excels in coordinating complex projects with teams of multiple stakeholders. Prior to CBRE, Charles lent his expertise as a Senior Associate, Project Manager at Blalock and Partners overseeing and managing multi-disciplinary teams through planning, programming and construction of projects ranging from $25,000 to $30,000,000.
