Charles Carroccio

For the past 15 years, Charlie Carroccio has been a major presence in the Washington, DC Region commercial brokerage scene representing many of the region’s largest tenants and other global corporations across a wide spectrum of deal structures. In that time, he has helped conceive, structure, and negotiate over 5 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of over $750 million and is considered one of the thought leaders in the industry. A hallmark of Charlie’s career has been his ability to analyze complex real estate and space utilization challenges then develop solutions that resonate beyond the immediate signing of a lease to offer long-term strategic solutions. Most significantly, he has enjoyed unbroken, long-term relationships with a number of public and private companies and non-profit organizations, shaping and implementing their real estate strategies for large and small projects.

Charlie resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife and four children.
