A hallmark of Charlie’s career has been his ability to identify complex real estate opportunities then develop solutions that resonate beyond the immediate transaction offering long-term strategic solutions. He has enjoyed unbroken, long-term relationships with his clients shaping and implementing their real estate strategies for large and small projects. Charlie resides in Potomac, MD with his wife and four children.
