Charlie Chambers is a Senior Investment Analyst with CBRE’s Capital Markets Group, the leading regional practice based in Nashville. Mr. Chambers joined the team in 2025, and is responsible for creating intricate financial models, partnering in the development of marketing materials, performing extensive due diligence, and analyzing trends in both, commercial real estate markets and overall financial markets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Chambers was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG and also was greatly involved in the recruiting for KPMG. During his tenure, he in-charged various different audits within the Healthcare, Retails, Industrial Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries. For the various audits performed during his tenure, he lead audit engagements by planning, executing, and reviewing financial statements and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Mr. Chambers earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Upon graduation, Mr. Chambers went on to work at KPMG for 3 years gaining insights into various different industries.
