Charlie Faron joined the CBRE Retail Advisory & Transaction Services Group in 2022 and is the leader of the Investor Leasing and Sales Practice in St. Louis, MO. He has a proven track record with a focus on the leasing, sale and development consulting of land and retail properties throughout Missouri and Illinois. In addition to Charlie’s extensive institutional listing experience, he also secures new retail locations for retailers across the bi-state area. Prior to joining CBRE, Charlie spent 4 years at The Desco Group as the Director of Leasing working in their retail brokerage practice and 3 years at Cushman Wakefield as a Senior Transaction Manager.
