Charlie Lang is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Financial Analyst, Charlie supports various brokerage teams by developing complex and comprehensive financial models. These models help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions and assist landlords in evaluating the impact of different strategies. Before joining CBRE's Consulting Group, Charlie graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Political Science. During his time at Middlebury, he was a member of the Division I Alpine Ski Team, achieving a top 15 finish in the 2024 NCAA Championship slalom. After completing his undergraduate degree, Charlie earned his M.S. in Finance from Boston College's Carroll School of Management. While pursuing his graduate studies, he remained active in the Real Estate Association and competed on the Alpine Ski Team.
