My name is Charlie Meglio and I am a graduate of Clayton State University. My work experience has spanned more than 15 years within the Real Estate Industry, primarily residential, but have entered within the Commercial Real Estate sector for the past 5 years & counting upon my employment with CBRE. I’m currently a Transaction Specialist for the Baker Hughes team (client) with a goal of learning to become a Transaction Manager. Knowledge of the platforms TransAct and Sequentra are essential requirements for my success as a Transaction Specialist. I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in June 2022 and am able to offer any notarial services needed. In my personal time, I lavish in spending time with family & friends, watching old classical movies and football (Georgia Bulldogs fan!), walking, and curling up with a good book (audiobooks are becoming my preference).
