Charlie Moran

Charlie joined the CBRE Peninsula office as a Vice President in June 2021, specializing in leasing and sales representing Life Science, R&D, Power & Energy, and corporate real estate clients. To date, Charlie and his team represent a portfolio of over 15MSF of Office and Life Science assets throughout the country, primarily focused on the San Francisco Bay Area

Prior to CBRE, Charlie worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Burlingame and Phoenix offices focusing on Life Science, R&D, and Corporate Tech Office. During his time at Cushman, Charlie was an active member and Chapter Lead of the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) Organization.

Before Charlie joined the brokerage community, he worked for three years as an Assistant Project Manager for Sares Regis Group of Northern California. While at Sares Regis, Charlie worked on several of Silicon Valley’s major corporate campus developments including NVIDIA, Google, and Fortinet where he successfully entitled their first phase of their 1MSF campus masterplan in Sunnyvale.

Charlie grew up in Menlo Park, CA and attended Sacred Heart Prep High School. In College, he attended Arizona State University where he majored in Business: Sports Marketing and Media with a Minor in Real Estate.
