Charlie Penichet is an Associate with CBRE, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of office and industrial properties throughout South Florida as part of Benjamin H. Silver’s team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Charlie spent ten years as a Financial Analyst with Redsail Technologies, where he gained extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. He also developed a strong client-service foundation through several years of experience in sales and client services with Architectural Interior Surfaces, his family’s commercial flooring company.
A native of South Florida, Charlie brings a deep understanding of the region, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Florida International University College of Business. With these combined skills, Charlie is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients across the South Florida market as part of CBRE.
