Charnwit’s key responsibility is to provide development consultancy services for both residential and commercial buildings for developers and landlords to maximize their marketability and profits. In this role, he provides recommendations and identifies strategies based on an in-depth understanding of the property market, requirements, and trends to ensure clients’ targets are achieved, including development concepts, master planning, unit mixes, designs, pricing strategy, and market preferences.

Charnwit is also responsible for workplace strategy where he evaluates and makes research-based recommendations for companies on identifying their opportunities to allocate their space as well as enhance employee engagement. He works closely with the Office Leasing and Project Management teams in delivering comprehensive solutions for clients’ new workplaces.
