Chase Neyland is the First Vice President with CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions team in Dallas, TX. Mr. Neyland works with a team of professionals to focus on managing the real estate processes for companies with national real estate portfolios. He orchestrates and provides transaction management, strategic planning, market analysis, lease and sale negotiations, market research and financial analysis for these large corporate clients.
Notable national portfolio account clients have included: Concentra, Inc., Caliber Home Loans, Tyler Technology, Tenet Healthcare, Frito Lay and PepsiCo.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Neyland worked for a local brokerage firm in Dallas, TX. There he assisted clients in executing office and industrial assignments for both corporate and local clients in the Dallas area. Mr. Neyland was born in Dallas, TX, where he currently resides with his wife Kristen.
