Cheryl Eyre is a Transaction Coordinator for the Global Advisory and Transaction Services team of CBRE in Salt Lake City. In this role, Cheryl provides support on domestic and international projects by creating custom tour packages and presentations for client acquisitions, gathering market data, and assisting in broker selection.
Prior to her current role, Cheryl served as a Real Estate Services Administrator in the Asset Services division of CBRE. She was responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, interfacing with various vendors, and responding to tenant inquiries. Within this capacity, Cheryl’s primary responsibility was to coordinate with the property management team to fulfill tenant needs. Prior to joining CBRE, Cheryl held various support roles which aided her in building valuable skills that make her an asset to the transaction management team.
