Cheryl Scott is an Assistant Real Estate Manager within CBRE’s Asset Services Group. Ms. Scott is responsible for nearly 400,000 square feet of office space in Oakbrook, Illinois. In this role, Ms. Scott assists in annual operating and capital budget planning, as well as financial and management reporting.
Ms. Scott preforms regular facility inspections, which include bid solicitation, coordination and supervision of repair and maintenance projects while supervising engineering, security and janitorial staff. She is extremely proficient in responding to client inquiries and complaints, which results in her timely and excellent service delivery.
Prior to joining Asset Services in 2011, Ms. Scott was a Service Administrator for an office and industrial portfolio in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Scott spent nearly 10 years in retail leasing and financial management in the surrounding Chicago suburbs.
