Since joining CBRE Research in April 2022, Chinatsu has covered the logistics and investment sectors, while also serving as Thought Leadership Leader. She became Head of Japan Research in January 2025. 

Chinatsu started her career at Goldman Sachs as a credit analyst, engaging in credit risk management and ratings advisory services. She then joined the Research Department at Merrill Lynch (currently BofA) to cover structured finance products and quasi-government bonds. She later moved to UBS Securities as a credit research analyst responsible for real estate and various other sectors.
