Chip Burnett is an Operations Manager on the AT&T account. AT&T’s retail portfolio consists of more than 2,200 locations and 6.6 MSF. The CBRE team consists of 72 field technicians and 23 support staff. Chip is in a strategic position directly supporting the Managing Director and AT&T’s CRE Leadership. He consistently provides direction and leadership to the account team for day-to-day matters and high priority issues. Chip is in charge of various tasks on the Retail FM contract, including oversight of all financial and accounting functions, CMMS database, reporting and various other daily roles. He also delivers presentations and actionable reports to the client and executive management. He reviews financial and work order data to recommend tactical and strategic plans. Chip coordinates with internal and external parties to establish policies and procedures to achieve objectives. He created a $32 million R&M budget at the Market level to assist in achieving a goal of $6 million in costs savings. Chip has also established metrics to monitor productivity and efficiency for third-party providers and field personnel.
Mr. Burnett has more than nine years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Chip started with CBRE on the Global Corporate Services division in 2008. He has provided exemplary service to his clients across the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Chip worked as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Superintendent in the Atlanta area. He has a diverse background working for both property owners and service providers. His prior real estate experience includes ground-up construction, tenant improvement projects, construction, finance, commercial brokerage, purchasing, accounting, property management, development and HOA management.
