Chip has over 20 years of experience in Facilities Management and Construction industry. He has worked for both occupiers and investor clients to consistently deliver outcomes that have exceeded expectations.
Chip’s current role is focused on supporting Facility Management services for Infrastructure, Defense and Public Enterprise clients at CBRE. He ensures the latest best practices are realized for his clients by overseeing the solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex outsourcing initiatives. His ability to listen and understand clients’ needs, deep experience in uncovering value creation, unique analytical approach, and front-line operating experience has enabled him to create win/win solutions for facility occupiers and investors across the globe.
Chip’s professional career has afforded him with a rich background in both front-line Facility Management, Project Management and Property Management assignments. He began his career as a Maintenance Laborer in the Atlanta market, eventually growing into Facility Manager, Project Manager, and Leadership positions supporting various Fortune 100 clients. He has supervised complex portfolios and teams serving a wide variety of asset types, including managing teams overseeing 2,200+ facilities. Responsibilities have included Facility Management, Engineering, Property Management, Capital Planning, Budgeting, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting and Reporting and Analytics.
Chip also led the FM Analytics platform globally for CBRE, advancing a data driven approach to continuous improvement and solution design across its 200+ Global clients. Chip’s field experience in CBRE is seasoned with a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology and the business processes needed for valuable data. This cultivated a unique management style that is deeply rooted in analytics. He is able to see into complex portfolios and uncover data driven insights that might normally go unnoticed, and then articulate those insights in a manner that can be clearly understood by various audiences.
