Chloe Barnett is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Financial Analyst, Chloe supports various brokerage teams with complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions and landlords understand the impact of implementing various strategies. She provides key analytical support tailored to each situation and the needs of each client.
Prior to CBRE’s Consulting Group, Chloe graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business where she studied Finance and Real Estate. While on campus, Chloe was the Finance Director of the Business School and a member of TAMID.
