Chloe Maietta has over twenty years of documented success in the corporate real estate industry with diverse experience including Business Development, Client Solutions, Integrated Facilities Operations, Engineering, and Data Center Management. She is a “Hands On” leader with a talent for solving problems, developing and simplifying tools and procedures, and finding innovative solutions with excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills. Chloe is especially skilled at building effective, productive working relationships with clients and staff, and is committed to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence.
Chloe currently serves as CBRE’s EFM Product Solution Development Leader responsible for developing, refining, and promoting solutions excellence across all aspects of EFM product pillars (Integrated Management, Technical Excellence, Smart FM, Sustainability, and Workplace Experience), to differentiate CBRE from competitors and deliver reliably superior outcomes to clients.
Prior to this role Chloe led a global team of Bid-Transition-Operate (BTO) resources responsible for developing client solutions during the bidding process which are then translated into enhanced operational delivery through thoughtfully executed transitions and operations. Chloe has served in multiple other roles on both the EFM Platform and Sales & Client Solutions (SCS) teams where she supported solution design and development work for both new and existing clients. Prior to her work with the EFM Platform & SCS teams Chloe served in account leadership positions for both CBRE and on the client side. In these roles Chloe was responsible for engineering and critical infrastructure operations across diverse global portfolios.
