Chotika Tungsirisurp is Head of Consulting & Research at CBRE Thailand. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Thai real estate market, having worked on numerous consulting assignments for all types of property.

As the business line leader, Chotika oversees a strong team of researchers and analysts and leads the publication of CBRE reports containing analysis, insights and trends across various real estate sectors in Thailand.

In addition, she collaborates closely with both local and regional Asia Pacific offices in both advisory and transaction services teams to ensure CBRE insights and analysis are first-hand-data-driven, and that our analysis and recommendations are comprehensive and address all our clients’ issues, options and risks.
