Chris Campbell

Chris has represented some of the most prominent landlords and tenants in Northern California. He provides clients with strategic planning and consulting services as well as offering experience with every stage of a project from pre-development planning to backfilling expired leases. He is also the Sacramento Area’s leading Big Box leasing expert, having successfully leased multiple Northern California box disposition portfolios.

• Works extensively with many nationally and locally based landlords including Newmark Merrill Companies, Regency Shopping Centers, SyWest Development, The Lewis Companies, and Vestar
• Works with Nordstrom Rack, Ashley Furniture and several other retailers in the Sacramento area

• Recently celebrated 26 years working with CBRE
• Has a background in community development and utilizes those skills to create the best tenant mixes possible for his clients
• Over the last five years, Chris and his two partners Jason Read and Scott Carruth completed over 200 transactions each year
• In 2022, 2021, 2020, 2018, 2013, and 2006 Chris was awarded the Broker of the Year award by the California Association of Commercial Real Estate, and has been nominated every year.
• Consistently ranks among CBRE’s top 3 producers in the West and the top 20 producers nationally
• Won the 2012 Larry Perrish award which is given to only one retail professional nationally and it is the highest accolade given in the retail specialty.
