Chris Deutscher is a Senior Associate at CBRE Indianapolis, bringing over 17 years of multi-disciplinary real estate experience to the Northern Indiana market. Since joining CBRE in 2018, Chris has established himself as a strategic partner for clients navigating the complexities of industrial and office properties across Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan including Northwest Indiana, South Bend-Elkhart, Fort Wayne, and Southwest Michigan.
Chris’s perspective is shaped by a unique entrepreneurial background; prior to his tenure at CBRE, he worked at a National Net Lease Brokerage in Chicago and successfully founded and managed his own real estate brokerage and property management firm. This "owner-operator" mindset, combined with his prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations, allows him to merge high-level financial analysis with boots-on-the-ground operational insight.
