As Associate Director of CBRE’s Tri-State Research Department, Chris Donofrio is responsible for operations and data management across New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut and Long Island. In this role, Chris oversees a multi-market research team focused on tracking, examining and reporting on significant trends, topics and statistics across the commercial office market.
Prior to this role, Chris served as Data Intelligence Manager of CBRE’s NYC Research Department. As Manager, Chris was responsible for all office market data collection and analysis across New York City. Chris initially joined CBRE as a Senior Research Analyst in 2017, where he produced specialty reports for the firm’s clients and brokers, in addition to offering pitch and presentation support.
Previously, Chris spent four years as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, working in both their Midtown and Downtown offices in Manhattan.
With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Chris’s knowledge of the office market coupled with his familiarity with brokers and clients, makes him a trusted resource.
