Chris Gremillion is a Vice President in the CBRE Baton Rouge office. Chris specializes in multi-family investment sales. Since 2014, Chris has facilitated over half a billion dollars in sales volume which totals well over 10,400 multi-family units. Chris has been a part of LIHTC sales, conventional sales and various loan assumption transactions.

Chris is a graduate from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and he received his CCIM designation in October 2015.

When Chris is not selling apartments, he loves to spend time with his wife, family, friends and son. An avid outdoorsman who loves traveling, hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. Chris is also a passionate fan of the LSU Tigers, New Orleans Saints and Cincinnati Bengals.
