Christopher Hart

Chris Hart is a Senior Transaction Manager in CBRE’s Colorado office, where he is an integral member of the Institutional Properties team focused on Multifamily Investment Sales Advisory. Working closely with Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Andy Hellman and Justin Hunt, Chris is responsible for assisting in the underwriting, marketing and closing process of all Institutional multifamily transactions throughout the state of Colorado.

Chris’ strong analytical background, astute attention to detail, and all-around versatility enable him to serve as a unique asset to his team. His skillset encompasses a broad range of services, including underwriting oversight, compilation of marketing materials, due diligence, and closing. In addition, Chris excels in advising investors throughout the entire marketing process, providing timely and effective guidance to help inform investor decision-making. As a result, he is widely recognized by both clients and peers for his exceptional market expertise, serving as an invaluable resource to clients both familiar with and new to the Denver market.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2022, Chris held Financial Analyst positions at JLL and Newmark, where he was involved in over $5.5 billion in Multifamily transactions, and more than $382 million in office, industrial and retail transactions, respectively.
