As Director of Energy and Sustainability for CBRE's Bank of America account, Chris Liston leads a team that is responsible for strategic oversight in areas of energy, environmental compliance and environmental sustainability. In this role, Mr. Liston oversees the planning and implementation of energy and environmental initiatives across a 30 million-sq.-ft. portfolio of office and retail properties.
Additionally, Mr. Liston assumes direct responsibility as the environmental sustainability lead on the Bank of America account, working closely with Bank of America to drive environmental initiatives. These initiatives include LEED certification, water efficiency upgrades, as well as supporting the continued development of sustainable programs related to cleaning and recycling.
Mr. Liston previously served as Program Manager for CBRE's Sustainability Programs group. In this role, he planned and executed LEED EB certification projects, including over 40 buildings that total more than 18 million-sq.-ft.
Prior to joining CBRE's Sustainability Programs group, Mr. Liston served as Property Manager for BNY Mellon Center at One Boston Place, an 800,000 sq. ft. Class-A office tower in Boston, Massachusetts.
