A 40-year veteran of CBRE, Chris Pascale is recognized among his peers as Central San Diego’s market leader by his impressive client list. Representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the transaction process and is a trusted advisor and strategist. Chris is recognized as the pre-eminent Business Park Land Specialist in San Diego County, having been employed by the City of San Diego and the City of Chula Vista to negotiate on their behalf for the disposition of excess land parcels. Chris was the 2000, 2004 and 2019 recipient of the RISE Award, CBRE's highest local honor, and is a multi-year board member and past president (2009) of the San Diego chapter of NAIOP. He was voted NAIOP Broker of the Year in 2001 and 2003 and is on advisory boards at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego, and is on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Rugby Alumni Association, and the NAIOP San Diego Foundation. Chris was inducted into the University of San Diego Rugby Hall of Fame in 2024.
