Chris Shamaly is Executive Managing Director of CBRE Loan Services. He has over 25 years of experience both as a real estate and capital markets professional and also as a commercial bank lawyer specializing in commercial and residential loan servicing, complex loan workouts, loan sales and REO asset management. Beginning in late 2007 and continuing through end of 2015, Chris served as general counsel of Debt and Equity Finance for CBRE Capital Markets.
Chris is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both finance and real estate from the University of Texas at Austin
