Chris joined the CBRE Capital Markets team in 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President. The Boston Capital Markets team provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing and strategic advisory work. Chris has transacted more than $2.5 billion in total sales and structured finance transactions of office, industrial and life sciences properties.
Prior to joining CBRE Boston Consulting Group, Chris was a Partner on Transwestern | RBJ’s Capital Markets team, a company he served at for eight years.
