Chris Stelling

Chris Stelling is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Atlanta Office Tenant Representation Group, and strives to provide his clients with unparalleled service. With more than 14 years of finance and real estate experience, his unique perspective allows him to provide comprehensive real estate solutions to his clients. In doing so, Mr. Stelling helps his clients align their real estate objectives with overall business strategies to ensure future growth and success. Mr. Stelling’s long-term perspective on client relationships has established him as a trusted and highly valued partner.

Since joining CBRE in 2013, Mr. Stelling has successfully negotiated over 500 transactions, totaling in excess of 4 million rentable sq. ft., with an aggregate value of more than $540 million. He has been consistently recognized by Atlanta’s Commercial Board of Realtors as part of the Million Dollar Club.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Stelling worked at Genuine Parts Company, where he served as a Business Analyst and Team Lead as part of the company’s PeopleSoft Financials implementation team. Prior to his time at Genuine Parts Company, he was an Associate at Williams Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for analyzing investment and disposition opportunities for two $100 million real estate development funds, as well as managing the assets within the funds.

Mr. Stelling and his wife, Kyle, and 3 kids reside in East Cobb. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching baseball, playing golf, and relaxing at the lake.
