Christopher E. Todd

As Senior Vice President, Chris’s responsibilities with CBRE include assisting tenants and landlords in the leasing of office and industrial space, as well as representing sellers and buyers in the purchase of commercial properties. Chris’s primary geographic focus is the Hampton Roads market.

A Hampton Roads native, Chris has worked exclusively in the real estate industry since 1995. He has assisted in the marketing, leasing, management, acquisition, and disposition of retail, office, and industrial properties in areas including Princeton, New Jersey; Washington, D.C.; and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Chris began his career with Matrix Development Group in Cranbury, New Jersey. In 1998, he returned to his hometown to work for GVA Advantis in Hampton Roads and moved to the Washington D.C. metro area in 2000 with GVA Advantis. While living in Washington, D.C., Chris joined NPV Direct Invest as Acquisitions Manager concentrating in the Mid-Atlantic. He then transitioned to Colliers International as Senior Director to assist in the opening of their Hampton Roads office before joining CBRE in March 2019.
