Associated Office
Chris Tresp is a Vice President in CBRE’s West LA office where he specializes in multifamily investment and land sales, as well equity placements for ground-up development, throughout Southern California. Since beginning his career in 2007, Chris has developed an intimate knowledge of the vast and complex commercial real estate landscapes across the Southern California region, and a thorough understanding for all commercial real estate product types.
Having advised an array of multifamily owners and operators over the course of his career from private investors, family offices, developers, and institutions, Chris’ experience, extensive market knowledge, and deep-seeded relationships enable him to provide a distinct advantage to his clients. He is committed to providing excellent advisory services while always maintaining the highest integrity, and transparency.
Prior to joining the SoCal Institutional Multifamily team, Chris held roles on previous multifamily investment sale teams within CBRE, as well as Berkadia and Newmark.
