Chris Vollmer, Jr.

Chris Vollmer, Jr., is a First Vice President at CBRE, with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in office and medical properties. Chris specializes in corporate real estate services and tenant representation; working with occupiers and tenants to align their real estate needs with the goals of their business. This includes a comprehensive approach covering workplace strategy, labor & analytics, and recruiting and retaining talent. Additionally, Chris works with owners and developers in leasing Class A+ office properties in the Suburban and Central Business Districts.

Prior to joining CBRE, Chris and his father Chris Vollmer, Sr., spent 8 years at Colliers International as the top office brokers in the Cincinnati office. He began his career in Washington, D.C. with CBRE. As a member of the 7 person Greater Cincinnati Office Advisory Team, Chris and his team average over 100 transactions a year. Over the past 5 years, Chris has been involved with projects over $500 million dollars and 2.5 million square feet. He is consistently recognized as a top producer in the Greater Cincinnati Market.
