Chris Williams is a Senior Vice President at CBRE and a key leader within the firm’s North County San Diego office. He specializes in both office and industrial properties, representing landlords and tenants, as well as buyers, sellers, and developers across a full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions.
With a proven track record spanning nearly 20 years of leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions, Chris is known for aligning complex deal structures with his clients’ strategic objectives. He leverages an engineering background to bring analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to each assignment, consistently delivering tailored strategies that unlock value and drive results.
Chris focuses his efforts throughout North County San Diego, including the Highway 78 Corridor, Interstate 15 Corridor, and the Carlsbad markets. He currently represents more than 4 million square feet of existing office and industrial product, along with over one million square feet of potential build-to-suit development opportunities. Deeply embedded in the local business community, Chris maintains strong relationships that enhance his ability to execute effectively on behalf of his clients.
