Chris Wood

Christopher Wood is a commercial real estate advisor with the Anderson Brehaut Group. As a commercial real estate advisor with CBRE, Chris specializes in corporate and investment properties. He collaborates with private equity firms, family offices, founder-led companies, and franchises to develop effective real estate strategies. His expertise includes structuring sale-leasebacks, advising on expansion, downsizing, or relocation, restructuring leases, and implementing buy-back strategies. The Anderson Brehaut Group has been actively involved in the execution of more than 500 transactions valued surpassing $2 billion.

Christopher, a proud graduate from the from the University of Southern California, is part of the Private Client Program alongside his twin brother, both of whom are also members of the Anderson Brehaut Group.
