Chris Zubel is Executive Managing Director, Investor Services, Industrial & Logistics. In this role, Chris is responsible for the Industrial leasing platform strategy, business development and client relations for investor-focused I&L professionals. Prior to his current position, Chris served as Executive Managing Director of Midwest Markets, overseeing 17 offices across 12 states. In addition, Chris has led multiple business lines in Chicago, was responsible for oversight of the Wisconsin and Minnesota markets and was the Americas Leader for CBRE’s Industrial Investor business.
Chris began his career at CBRE in 2003 as an industrial broker in Chicago and gained extensive experience in the leasing, construction, financing, and sales of commercial real estate. In 2013, Chris was promoted to leadership in Chicago and has subsequently held several national leadership roles.
Before joining CBRE, Chris held a national business development role with First Industrial Realty Trust.
