Chris Zubel is Executive Managing Director, Midwest Markets. In this role, Chris provides executive oversight for 17 offices across 12 states. Prior to his current position, Chris led multiple business lines in Chicago, was responsible for oversight of the Wisconsin and Minnesota markets and was the Americas Leader for CBRE’s Industrial Investor business.
Chris began his career at CBRE in 2003 as an industrial broker in Chicago and gained extensive experience in the leasing, construction, financing, and sales of commercial real estate. In 2013, Chris was promoted to leadership in Chicago and has subsequently held several national leadership roles.
Before joining CBRE, Chris held a national business development role with First Industrial Realty Trust.
