Chris Zubel leads CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics (I&L) across the Americas. In this role he oversees the industry’s largest and most comprehensive industrial services platform, delivering integrated advisory services for both occupiers and investors.
The team of 840 Industrial and Logistics professionals provide best-in-class transaction and real estate advisory solutions, leveraging CBRE’s superior I&L platform with comprehensive occupier, investor, supply chain, project management, location incentives, labor analytics, property management and valuations services and expertise.
Prior to this role, Chris led investor leasing for I&L and was responsible for platform strategy, business development, and client relations for investor-focused I&L professionals. He previously served as Executive Managing Director of Midwest Markets, overseeing 17 offices across 12 states.
Chris joined CBRE in 2003 as an industrial broker in Chicago and gained extensive experience in the leasing, construction, financing, and sales of commercial real estate. In 2013, Chris was promoted to leadership in Chicago and has subsequently held several national leadership roles.
Before joining CBRE, Chris held a national business development role with First Industrial Realty Trust.
