Chrissy Harbison is the West Division Leader for the U.S. Move Management team and has extensive business transition and relocation management expertise working on complex projects.
She brings clients more than 19 years of experience with responsibilities including: leading client engagements, collecting project requirements, design, developing scopes of work, creating project budgets and schedules, coordinating consultants, monitoring of budget-to-actual project performance, reporting progress to owners and tenants, administrating project construction and closeout and planning and coordinating relocation activities.
Chrissy also has significant design and construction management experience both working for a General Contractor and in a Corporate Real Estate group. She has managed tenant build out, laboratory and healthcare projects both locally and nationally.
