Christa Snyder is a Vice President of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the Pacific Northwest Region in the Seattle, Washington office. Located in the CBRE Seattle office since 2014, Ms. Snyder is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with 14 years of varied appraisal experience including valuation and consulting assignments. Ms. Snyder has extensive experience in valuing multiple commercial property types in primary, secondary and tertiary market areas throughout Washington, Oregon and Florida. Valuation assignments include institutional and private capital investment properties, including multifamily properties, seniors housing, subdivisions, retail, office, industrial, as well as vacant land and owner/user buildings.
Ms. Snyder specializes in multifamily properties with a concentration in income-restricted developments, including properties designated for seniors, farmworkers, veterans, homeless and persons with disabilities. Additional experience includes supply and demand analysis, the valuation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and USDA RD properties. Ms. Snyder is HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) certified and is part of the National Multi-Housing Valuation Group with CBRE.
