Christi Woodards

Christi Woodards, General Manager of DOCO / Downtown Commons in Sacramento, CA, joined CBRE in June 2019,and leads the on-site team, overseeing management, marketing, operations, tenant relations, and exceptional customer experiences.

DOCO is located adjacent to Golden 1 Center (the world’s most technologically advanced and sustainable arena), and is an entertainment and lifestyle district in Sacramento’s dynamic urban core, showcased by incredible restaurants, bars, retail and office space, residential units, and the Sawyer Hotel (a 250-room hotel managed by Kimpton Hotels.)

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Woodards was the General Manager of Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights, and before that, General Manager of Westfield Downtown Plaza, which was redeveloped into DOCO.

Ms. Woodards has immersed herself in the shopping center industry for most of her career and has held various management and marketing positions, with primary focus in overseeing the redevelopment and re-imaging of existing shopping centers in California, Seattle and Colorado.  She has served on numerous Chamber of Commerce Boards and industry affiliated Boards, and served as Chair of the Sunrise MarketPlace Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors in Citrus Heights, CA, for eight consecutive years.

She earned her Certified Marketing Director Designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as numerous marketing awards in the shopping center industry during her career.
