Associated Office
As a leading investment professional in the State of Florida, Christian focuses on the disposition and financing of office and mixed-use properties on behalf of institutional and private owners and investors. Christian and his team have closed $18.7 billion in investment property sales and $14.3 billion of financing assignments, earning a dominant 41% market share in the sale of large office properties in the State of Florida over the last 10 years. Christian’s role as the leader of a top-performing team has consistently ranked him among Florida’s top producers, within both CBRE and the overall market. As a member of CBRE’s National Office Partners, Christian has insight into the most aggressive domestic and international capital sources seeking to purchase and finance office properties in the United States. With 33 years of investment sales experience in Florida, Christian also brings “boots on the ground” insight into the most active and credible investors locally.
Christian joined CBRE in August 2002 as a Senior Vice President and Member of the Institutional Group and was promoted to Vice Chairman in 2007. He previously held real estate investment banking positions with Aztec Group, Inc., Grubb & Ellis Company and Trammell Crow Company.
Education
Chris graduated from Boston University at the top of his class in 1989, receiving a BSBA, with a concentration in finance. He furthered his education by attending the Boston Architectural School, where he studied Planning & Site Design, as well as numerous courses and seminars with NAIOP, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Appraisal Institute, and seminars with NAIOP, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Appraisal Institute.
