Christian Ramos joined CBRE’s Project Management team in 2011. He came up through the ranks working with small contractors. He’s been involved with almost every construction trade; from demolition to drywall, from plumbing to painting, and from tile to trim. He’s even worked with a few site contractors installing underground utilities.
Until recently, Christian’s most extensive project management work came as a mechanical subcontractor. He’s been involved in the construction of small mall store fit-outs, ground up retail chains, and warehouse site and shell work. One of his proudest moments was being assigned the lead project management position on a $65M mixed-use highrise in downtown Rahway.
Christian has adapted quickly to the construction of interior office fit-outs. Most recently, he’s been the lead project manager for the Northeast’s separation of Tyco and ADT Security companies. ADT and Tyco have embraced Christian’s skill and work ethic. They’ve entrusted him with nearly 25 different office locations, which is the largest percentage of any LMA.
