Associated Office
Christie Harle is a member of CBRE’s New York management team. Christie works with executive leadership on initiatives to expand occupier and investor market share and leverage data analytics to inform these initiatives. She is responsible for business development, pursuit strategy, team formation, multi-market coordination, promoting collaboration across CBRE’s platform of services and providing guidance and oversight to sales professionals.
Prior to her current role, Christie Harle was a Senior Vice President in the Agency Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, joining the group in 2006. In this role, she was involved in all aspects of investor leasing for institutional and entrepreneurial developers and owners of commercial real estate. She was involved in the disposition of more than 7.0 million sq. ft. of office space during her tenure in the Agency Group and was skilled in the arranging, structuring and negotiating of complex and creative transactions utilizing expertise in financial modeling and analysis, industry trends, as well as the interpretation of market information, statistics, and pricing.
She focused on the successful lease up of new development or large scale redevelopment projects, including 390 Park Avenue, a landmarked 200,000-square-foot redevelopment on behalf of Brookfield Properties and WatermanCLARK; Tower 46, a 330,000-square-foot new construction building on behalf of SL Green Realty; Group M’s lease of 535,000 square feet, responsible for launching the construction of 3 World Trade Center; 510 Madison Avenue, a 310,000-square-foot new construction building in the Plaza District; and the completion of 900,000 square feet of leases at Boston Properties’ development, 250 West 55th Street.
Christie began her career at CBRE as part of CBRE’s highly selective, rotational Wheel Program. The program is designed to train recent college graduates in all facets of CBRE’s different service lines.
