Christie is a Senior Project Manager for Houston’s Business Transition and Move Management (BTMM) team with 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her experience includes consolidations, swing moves, restacks, relocations and decommissioning. She has been an integral player relocating over 2 million square feet and over 7,000 people throughout the United States. Christie has a proven history of reliance, delivering results, and employee satisfaction.
Her responsibilities include move management, communications planning and development, as well as decommission coordination and supervision. She is accountable for all aspects of the project management process from initiation and planning through execution and close-out. Christie is also responsible for project oversight and training for CBRE Houston’s BTMM team.
Prior to Move Management, Christie began her career as an Interior Designer at an architectural firm specializing in corporate spaces. She then transitioned into Facility Management supporting 120+ locations throughout the United States and Canada. Through this range of experience Christie is able to understand various facets of a project from multiple viewpoints and is able to provide a variety of skill sets helpful to viewing a move holistically.
