Christina Briesacher is CBRE’s General Counsel overseeing the day-to-day operations and matters of CBRE’s legal department globally. She leads investigations, labor & employment, litigation, mergers & acquisitions and the legal teams supporting the company’s Advisory Services, Building Operations & Experience, and Project Management business segments.

Christina joined CBRE in 2021 as Senior Counsel, Litigation and was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2023. As she advanced, she drove excellent outcomes across CBRE’s most significant legal matters and helped foster the growth and development of the legal department.

Before CBRE, Christina was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she litigated large complex matters across the U.S. in federal, state and appellate courts and resolved business disputes through arbitration. Her litigation experience ranges from commercial disputes to contract matters, employment disputes, environmental claims, antitrust, professional liability claims and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
