Christina Briesacher is CBRE’s Deputy General Counsel overseeing litigation and eDiscovery globally.

Christina joined CBRE in 2021 as Senior Counsel, Litigation. As she advanced within the legal department, she played a critical role in several of the company’s most significant matters and in fostering the growth and development of the litigation team.

Before CBRE, Christina was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she litigated large complex matters across the U.S. in federal, state and appellate courts and resolved business disputes through arbitration. Her litigation experience ranges from commercial disputes to contract matters, environmental claims, antitrust, professional liability claims and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
