Christina L. Natale-Krumick is a Senior Appraiser with the CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services Las Vegas office. As an Appraiser, Christina provides data research, analysis and report writing for a wide variety of commercial property types. With the primary geographic focus in Las Vegas, her valuation work is used for financing, portfolio management and financial planning purposes. Christina has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in all major property types.
Prior to joining CBRE Inc., Mrs. Natale-Krumick was a Senior Financial Analyst for The Molasky Group of Companies, a Commercial Real Estate Development Company. She specialized in analysis and coordination of commercial projects including GSA contracts, Class A LEED office buildings, Industrial, multi-family and high-rise condominium projects. She began her career with CBRE Capital Markets (CBRE | Melody) as a loan underwriter and coordinator in 2004.
A native to Las Vegas, Christina attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. She currently holds her Certified General License and continues her education through the Appraisal Institute pursuing her MAI Designation.
