Christina serves as Vice President of CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services within the Las Vegas office. As an Appraiser, she provides analysis and reporting for a wide variety of commercial property types. With the primary geographic focus in Southern Nevada, her valuation work is used for financing, feasibility studies, portfolio management and financial planning purposes. Christina has over 20-years of commercial real estate experience with involvement in most major property types including retail, office, industrial and multifamily.
Christina began her career in 2004 with CBRE Capital Markets as a loan underwriter and coordinator, acting as a liaison between the borrower and lender and preparing financial packages for loan submission. Between 2006-2013 she worked with The Molasky Group of Companies as Vice President of Finance specializing in the analysis and coordination of commercial real estate development projects including GSA contracts, Class A LEED office buildings, Airplane Hangers and multi-family development.
A native to Las Vegas, she attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. She currently holds her Certified General License and continues her education through the Appraisal Institute pursuing her MAI Designation.
