Christine Bowser

Christine Bowser is an Associate on Silicon Valley's top-performing tenant representation team. She develops and executes personalized real estate strategies for technology clients, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, using market intelligence, proprietary models and CBRE's technology platform. Her work spans more than 10 million square feet of client transactions, including Netflix, EA Sports and Cepheid.

Before joining CBRE, she worked at Locale, a San Francisco start-up backed by $14 million in seed funding from Andreessen Horowitz, where she supported their expansion into Los Angeles and San Diego.

These experiences inform the practical perspective and collaborative approach she brings to every client engagement, helping them navigate complex real estate decisions.

Christine graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
