Christine Bowser is an Associate on the top performing tenant representation team in the Silicon Valley office. Christine develops and executes personalized real estate strategies for a wide range of technology clients, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, using market intelligence, proprietary models and CBRE’s technology platform.

Christine’s ability to understand the unique challenges of scaling organizations stems from her experience in the start-up ecosystem. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as a product curator and social media manager at Locale, a San Francisco-based start-up, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion into Los Angeles and San Diego. During her tenure, Locale secured a $14 million Seed Round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Y Combinator, Decent Capital, Wave Capital, and other notable investors. This hands-on experience in growth strategy and operations allows Christine to bring a nuanced perspective to every client engagement.

Christine graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from San Diego State University. She is an active member of CREW Silicon Valley and Urban Land Institute (ULI), reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry leadership. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to build lasting relationships, Christine continues to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence and clarity.
